Take 10 minutes a day to refresh and recharge your life and well being with this chakra meditiation. We all need to silence our minds, to let go of all that business and noise that's going on inside and out. Meditating, or thinking about color is a very effective and simple way of doing this. To think about the colors red, orange, yellow, etc: is not really a big deal now is it? But it is a big deal when it comes to health. Just see how much calmer and relaxed you feel after 10 minutes of colorful thoughts.
The aim of meditiaion is to free the mind and focus on nothing. To silence the mind and set it free. That is a very difficult task and takes many years, but if we use color to occupy our thoughts, we see how easy this can be, and how we instantly feel much better, calmer, positive, and of course when the mind is happy the body follows.
