The rainbow within.

Chakra meditation makes use of the energy that flows around us, through us, and between us and the rest of the universe. Humans, animals, plants, and space itself pulses with energy. And within our own bodies, there are reserves of energy that can be awakened and then tapped to help you become more aware of your body and its capabilities. Chakra meditation focuses on each of the body's seven main energy focal points (there are 12 chakras altogether). In this type of meditation, you awaken each energy point one at a time, feeling the energy as it moves up through your body. Meditation on the charkas can help you relax, enhance your physical senses, and get ready to greet the day, creating the energy you need to be more productive. It can also help you prepare yourself for astral projection. Even if you do not believe in such projections, meditation is a great way to enjoy "alone time," and reduce the stress in your life.
